Our Story
Born from fire and an unreasonable love of pizza
It began not in a commercial kitchen, but in the warmth of Kalibo — a salvaged stone oven, a family recipe, and a team who refused to accept that "good enough" was ever enough.
PizzaDos was named for the philosophy of doubling down: double the ingredients, double the care, double the time spent perfecting what most would call finished. Years later, that philosophy is unchanged.
Today, PizzaDos serves Aklan and beyond — not because of what we sell, but because of what we believe.

We make nothing quickly.
Every element of a PizzaDos pizza is considered, sourced with intention, and treated with the
same reverence you'd find in the finest kitchens of Naples.

The Dough
Three days. Tipo 00 flour. Cold fermentation in small batches. A crust with a
shatteringly thin edge, an open crumb, and a char that speaks of genuine fire.

The Flame
Our oven burns hardwood to 400°C. Each pizza spends under 90 seconds inside. That
brief, violent encounter with heat is where ordinary becomes unforgettable.

The Provenance
San Marzano tomatoes. Fior di latte from trusted dairy partners. Herbs grown behind
the kitchen. We know where everything comes from — because it matters.

A great pizza knows when to stop. We layer for balance — every bite containing every
flavour, every time, with nothing fighting for dominance.

La Dos Margherita
The one that started everything. San Marzano tomato slow-reduced for four hours,
double-layered fior di latte, hand-torn basil, and a finish of Sicilian extra-virgin olive oil. Deceptively

Creamy Spinach
Velvety béchamel base, wilted baby spinach, garlic confit, ricotta, and a grating of aged
parmesan. Gentle, green, and deeply satisfying.

Four cheeses in harmony — mozzarella, cheddar, gouda, and grana padano — melted over a
tomato cream base. A declaration of devotion.

Cheesy Garlic Shrimp
Butter-roasted tiger shrimp, roasted garlic cream, double mozzarella, lemon zest. The
sea, the fire, and the vine — in one bite.

Tuna Wave
Slow-flaked tuna, capers, red onion, San Marzano base, fresh herbs. A coastal composition
— bright, briny, and beautifully restrained.

Italian Veggie
Roasted capsicum, artichoke hearts, kalamata olive, zucchini, and pesto verde on a garlic
oil base. The garden at its most eloquent.

Premium cured ham, double mozzarella, sweet tomato base, and fresh oregano. The classic —
